Chef Andrew Sussman is a multi-award winning chef, who graduated from Ecole de La Varenne in Paris, France. His first restaurant, The Heart of Europe Bistro, was the youngest restaurant in the United States to attain “The Five Star Diamond Award” from The National Academy of Restaurants and Hospitality Sciences. He also achieved “Top 100 Chefs in America” the same year.

To join us for a Zoom Cooking Class to make Tuna Nicoise! Gather the following ingredients: red vinegar, 1 shallot , 4 garlic cloves, Dijon mustard, fresh thyme, Herbes De Provence, kosher salt, black pepper, olive oil, (4) 5/6 oz tuna fillets, 2 lbs baby red potatoes, 1.5 lbs trimmed green beans, ½ pint grape tomatoes, or cherry, 1 pint PITTED Kalamata olives, ½ large red onion, Optional: 4 hard-boiled eggs
